Returns & Refunds Policy

At Mission Accessories, we want you to be happy with your goalkeeping gear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item qualifies for return under this policy.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unused, unless the item was sold as second-hand or used
- In the same condition in which it was received
- Returned with any included accessories, parts or packaging where applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Mission Accessories reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund, replacement, repair or store credit.
Second-Hand Goalkeeping Equipment
Mission Accessories sells selected second-hand goalkeeping equipment. Second-hand items are sold according to the condition stated on the product page.
Second-hand items may show signs of previous use, including marks, scratches, wear, fading or cosmetic imperfections. These are not treated as defects where they were visible, described, photographed or reasonably expected based on the listed condition.
If a second-hand item is materially different from the product description or does not function as represented, please contact us so we can assess the issue.
Custom, Personalised and Made-to-Order Items
Customised, personalised or made-to-order products, including items with names, initials, embroidery, team colours, custom colours, sizing adjustments or custom finishes, cannot be returned for change of mind once production has started, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error by Mission Accessories.
Customers are responsible for checking custom details before confirming an order.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
Once assessed, we may offer a repair, replacement, store credit or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not qualify for return unless defective or incorrectly supplied:
- Custom, personalised or made-to-order products
- Items damaged through misuse, incorrect care or normal wear and tear
- Items returned after the 14-day return period
- Items not in the same condition as received
- Items missing parts, accessories or packaging where applicable
- Second-hand items where the issue relates to condition already disclosed in the product listing
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged or defective item, Mission Accessories will assess the matter and may cover the reasonable return shipping cost where appropriate.
Please do not send items back before your return request has been confirmed.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return relates to an incorrect, damaged or defective item.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered where suitable replacement stock is available. If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit or alternative product option.
