Product Information

We aim to display product information, descriptions, images, pricing and availability as accurately as possible.

Because some products are second-hand, custom, repaired or made to order, minor variations in appearance, colour, wear or finish may occur.

Product images are for guidance and may differ slightly from the final item, especially for customised products.

Second-Hand Products

Second-hand products are sold according to the condition stated on the product page. These items may have cosmetic wear or signs of previous use.

Customers should review the product photos, condition notes and description before purchasing.

Condition-related wear that is clearly shown, described or reasonably expected for the listed condition will not be treated as a defect.

Custom Products

Custom, personalised or made-to-order items are produced according to the options selected or agreed with the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check spelling, initials, colours, sizes and custom details before confirming an order.

Once production has started, custom orders may not be cancelled or returned for change of mind, unless defective or incorrect due to an error by Mission Accessories.

Product Safety Disclaimer

Mission Accessories supplies goalkeeping equipment, pads, kickers, gloves, helmets, protective accessories and related gear designed to support performance and help reduce impact during normal sporting use.

No item of sports equipment can guarantee complete protection from injury. Use of any goalkeeping equipment is at the customer’s own risk.

Pads, kickers, gloves, helmets and other protective equipment may reduce the risk or severity of certain impacts, but they do not prevent all injuries, including bruising, fractures, sprains, cuts, head injuries or other serious harm.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all equipment is suitable for the player, fits correctly, is used properly and is checked regularly for wear, damage or deterioration.

Second-hand, repaired or refurbished equipment may offer reduced performance compared with new equipment and should be inspected carefully before use.

Mission Accessories is not liable for injury, loss or damage caused by misuse, incorrect sizing, poor fit, normal wear and tear, impact damage, failure to inspect equipment, use outside its intended purpose or the inherent risks of sport.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.

Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand unless otherwise stated.

Mission Accessories may update prices at any time. The price confirmed at checkout will apply to your order.

While we aim to avoid errors, pricing or product information may occasionally be incorrect. If an obvious error occurs, Mission Accessories may cancel the order, correct the error or contact the customer before proceeding.

Payments

Mission Accessories accepts online payments through PayFast and any other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by the relevant payment provider. Mission Accessories does not store full card details on its website.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received or approved.

If payment fails, is reversed, flagged for fraud review or cannot be verified, Mission Accessories may cancel or delay the order.

Order Acceptance

Mission Accessories reserves the right to refuse, cancel or refund an order where:

The item is unavailable
There is an error in pricing or product information
Payment is not received
Fraud or misuse is suspected
The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled
Delivery cannot be completed to the provided address
The customer has provided incorrect or incomplete information

Delivery

Delivery is handled according to our Shipping Policy.

Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact details. Mission Accessories is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers must contact Mission Accessories before returning any item.

Repairs

Mission Accessories may offer selected repair services for goalkeeping equipment and related gear.

Repair work is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Quoted repair costs may vary depending on the condition of the item, parts required and labour involved.

Mission Accessories is not responsible for pre-existing wear, hidden damage or deterioration unrelated to the repair work requested.

Repairs are intended to improve usability and extend product life where possible, but repaired items may not be restored to new condition.
