Repairs Policy

Mission Accessories offers selected goalkeeping kit repairs, including work on pads, kickers, gloves, helmets, straps, buckles, Velcro, stitching and related gear.

Repair Assessment

All repair requests are assessed based on the condition of the item and the type of repair required.

A repair quote may be provided before work begins. Pricing may vary depending on parts, labour, item condition and the complexity of the repair.

Repair Quotes

Where a quote is provided, it is based on the visible condition of the item and the repair details supplied at the time of assessment.

If additional damage or repair requirements are discovered after work begins, Mission Accessories may contact the customer to discuss revised costs or options.

Customer Approval

Where a quote is provided, repair work will only begin once the customer has accepted the quote and any required payment terms.

Minimum Repair Charge

A minimum repair charge may apply for basic repair work, assessments, labour or small repairs.

Repair Limitations

Mission Accessories will make reasonable efforts to repair items properly, but some older, heavily worn or damaged products may not be restorable to original condition.

Repairs are intended to improve usability and extend product life where possible. They do not make used gear new.

Mission Accessories cannot guarantee that all damage can be repaired or that repaired items will perform exactly like a new product.

Pre-Existing Damage

Mission Accessories is not responsible for pre-existing wear, hidden damage, material breakdown, weakened stitching, previous poor repairs, internal damage or deterioration unrelated to the repair work requested.

Replacement Parts

Where replacement parts are required, availability may vary. Alternative parts may be suggested where original parts are unavailable.

Any visible differences in replacement parts, materials or finishes will be discussed where relevant.

Collection and Delivery

Customers are responsible for arranging drop-off, collection or courier delivery of repair items unless otherwise agreed.

Mission Accessories may use courier partners or customer-arranged delivery services where applicable.

Mission Accessories is not responsible for courier delays or damage caused during transport by third-party courier providers.

Repair Completion

Estimated repair timeframes are provided as a guide only. Repairs may take longer depending on parts availability, workload, repair complexity, courier delays or public holidays.

Uncollected Repairs

Repaired items should be collected or delivery arranged within a reasonable time after completion.

If an item remains uncollected for an extended period after repeated contact attempts, storage fees may apply or further arrangements may be required.

Payment for Repairs

Repair payment terms will be confirmed before or during the repair process.

Mission Accessories may require full or partial payment before repair work begins, before parts are ordered or before repaired items are released.
